Mobile World Congress is the world’s largest wireless telecommunication trade show, which combines a mobile industry exhibition with a congress featuring leading international mobile operators, vendors, and attracts numerous high-level executives and industry leaders.

As a leading Open Source Networking and OpenDaylight SDN technology provider from the data center to the network edge, we’re proud to announce we’ll be showcasing how the Inocybe Open Networking Platform can deploy a fully integrated OpenSwitch-based NOS and OpenDaylight-based SDN Controller that is ready to run on our partner Kontron’s SYMKLOUD whitebox switches (as well as a variety of other hardware platforms), eliminating the complexity from the controller down the stack, while preserving the ability to disaggregate the solution.

Once the software stack is deployed, we’ll show how the OpenSwitch-based NOS controlled by OpenDaylight can configure data center layer 2 topology as well as other L2-L4 features supported by OpenSwitch.

The Inocybe Open Networking Platform is the interface that allows for a superior relationship, quality and simplicity of consuming and managing OpenDaylight, OpenSwitch (and other open source based) and proprietary components originating from suppliers. The platform allows for assembly of components on three levels: Applications, Controllers, and NOS. It supplies access to Inocybe support for building, consuming and upgrading components into working applications, while also removing the need for users to create build infrastructure.

In other words, whether you’re looking for an OpenDaylight-based Traffic Engineering Controller to increase improvements in the measurement and management of network traffic or you’re looking for an open source network operating system (NOS) to enable whitebox adoption, the Inocybe Open Networking Platform will enable you to simplify the consumption and management of open networking projects (such as OpenDaylight, OpenSwitch, ONAP, etc).

Learn more about the advantages and challenges of disaggregated networking from our CRO, John Zannos, by attending our presentation at Kontron’s SYMKLOUD theatre on Feb 27 @ 10:30am and Feb 28 @ 12:00pm. Save your seat by registering here!
